Telecaller – Admission Counsellor

Job Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers/Admission Counsellors to guide MBBS and NEET PG aspirants regarding our educational programs and assist them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students and parents from the provided leads.
Explain NEET Guruji courses, fees, offers, and admission process.
Counsel students and resolve their queries professionally.
Follow up with interested candidates until admission.
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and admission targets.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Work Details
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
