Job Summary

The Room Boy is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition. The role ensures guest comfort by providing high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key ResponsibilitiesRoom Cleaning
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels.
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
Clean bathrooms, mirrors, fixtures, and amenities.
Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, tea/coffee items, and drinking water.

Housekeeping Duties
Maintain cleanliness of corridors, stairways, and public areas as assigned.
Report maintenance issues and damaged items to the supervisor.
Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Follow hotel hygiene and sanitation standards.

Guest Service
Greet guests politely and respond to basic requests.
Deliver extra amenities, towels, or supplies when requested.
Report lost and found items according to hotel procedures.




Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Safety & Compliance
Follow workplace safety and health regulations.
Use cleaning materials and equipment safely.
Report accidents, hazards, or security concerns immediately.

Qualifications
Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures.
Previous hotel housekeeping experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Conditions
Full-time position.
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
