Branch Manager – Kochi

Kurikkal Group is expanding and launching a new branch in Kochi. We are looking for a agile, result-oriented, and experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, and build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall branch operations and daily activities.
Achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor stock, cash collection, and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Implement company policies and maintain branch discipline.
Submit regular sales and operational reports to management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, retail operations, or branch management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.

Experience:
Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in the furnishing, furniture, home décor, interior, building materials, mattress, plywood, sanitary, tiles, or related retail sectors will be given preference.
Candidates currently working as Branch Managers, Team Leaders, Marketing Executives, Business Development Executives, Sales Managers, or similar leadership roles are encouraged to apply.
Strong experience in sales development, team management, customer relationship management, and business growth will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
