A successful Academic Counselor at Sun Education is someone who:
Clearly understands student and parent requirements through effective communication
Provides accurate and ethical career counseling based on student profiles
Maintains consistent follow-ups and converts inquiries into admissions
Achieves assigned monthly counseling and enrollment targets with discipline and professionalism

Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling for aspirants
Understand client requirements and recommend best-fit study options




Maintain student records, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth admission and documentation processes
Stay updated on admission procedures
Build long-term trust with students and parents through transparent communication

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in any sales-oriented role with professional communication etiquette or admission sourcing will be an added advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills, the ability to work toward business development goals within tight timelines, and a positive learning mindset are welcome
