Job Title: Recruiter
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Location: Mulund, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full time
Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
Maintain candidate data and follow up regularly.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Office.
Preferred:
Candidates from Mulund, Thane, Bhandup, Nahur, Kalwa, Kalyan, and nearby locations.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
