We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Trainee BDE to join our IT services team. Freshers with a solid interest in business development are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and online platforms.
Identify and connect with potential clients.
Maintain lead databases and follow up with prospects.
Coordinate with the technical team for client requirements.
Support the team in achieving monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in BDE / Lead Generation.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience with Apollo, Snov.io, Lusha, Hunter, Sales Navigator, or CRM tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
