Salary: 15k - 25k / month

We're looking for empathetic, detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives who genuinely enjoy helping customers and solving problems.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via Email, WhatsApp, Live Chat and Phone.
Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns and product information.
Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
Process refunds, replacements and order amendments where appropriate.
Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery issues.
Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant departments.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Follow company SOPs and maintain high-quality communication.
Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback for process improvements.




Meet customer satisfaction and response time targets.

Requirements:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Calm and skilled under pressure.
Valuable typing speed and computer skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
