We are hiring a hands-on Mechanical Engineer with robust technical knowledge of fabrication processes and machine operations. The candidate should be capable of managing shop-floor activities, guiding workers, and ensuring smooth production.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee fabrication and manufacturing processes
Handle day-to-day shop-floor operations
Supervise and guide workers for efficient output
Ensure quality standards and timely production
Train workers on machines and processes
Take regular updates and maintain reporting

Required Skills:
Robust technical knowledge of fabrication and mechanical processes
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Solid Edge
Hands-on experience with:
Riveting machine
Lathe machine
Welding
Ability to troubleshoot and solve on-floor issues
Positive team handling skills

Preferred Candidate:
Mechanical Engineer (Diploma / Degree)
Experience in fabrication / manufacturing industry
Practical, execution-focused mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
