Role Overview

The Admission Counselor role is an inside sales position. The counselor will connect with students who have already shown interest in online courses, guide them through the program details, and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.

Admission Counselor (Inside Sales)

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through inbound leads provided by the company
Make outbound calls to students who have inquired about online UG/PG courses
Counsel students on suitable programs
Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, and admission process
Convert leads into admissions and achieve targets
Interact with students and parents
Assist with applications and documentation
Update CRM and follow-ups





Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in any specialization (mandatory)
Target-driven inside sales mindset
Positive communication in English and Hindi
CRM knowledge preferred
Solid convincing and follow-up skills

Working Days: 6 days a week
Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
