Job Title: Junior IT Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior In-House IT Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems within the organization. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues in a timely manner
Manage user accounts, email setups, and access permissions
Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus checks
Maintain IT asset records and inventory




Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, procurement, and AMC services
Ensure data security and follow company IT policies
Support on boarding and off boarding processes (system setup, email ID creation, etc.)

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Mac)
Familiarity with MS Office and common business applications
Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, and switches
Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Prior in experience in IT support is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
