Thangamayl Sree Palanimurugan Jewellery is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing retail team in Pollachi. We are seeking a motivated individual with a robust background in jewellery sales and natural leadership abilities to help drive our showroom's success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on jewellery selection to meet sales targets.
Customer Experience: Deliver high-quality service and maintain long-term relationships with our clientele.
Team Leadership: Oversee floor operations and guide junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and professional conduct.
Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of our collections, materials (gold,
silver, gems), and current market trends.
Showroom Management: Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and showroom aesthetics.
Requirements
Experience: Mandatory previous experience in Jewellery Sales.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Traits: Target-driven, skilled, and capable of leading a team.
Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
