Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
Manage offer roll-out and onboarding.
Achieve hiring targets within timelines.
Maintain recruitment MIS and trackers.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication (Mandatory).
Robust sourcing and interviewing skills.
Valuable negotiation and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
