Re-Loan Office

Key Responsibilities
Contact existing customers to promote re-loan opportunities.
Assess customer eligibility as per company policies and lending guidelines.
Assist customers with the re-loan application and documentation process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
Follow up with customers for pending documents and application status.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to improve customer retention.
Achieve monthly re-loan disbursement and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Resolve customer queries related to re-loan products and services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in a payday loan company, NBFC, fintech, or digital lending organization.
Hands-on experience in re-loan processing, customer retention, loan renewals, eligibility assessment, and customer follow-ups.
Familiarity with CRM systems, loan management software, and KYC/document verification.
Solid understanding of loan products, repayment cycles, and lending processes.
Proven ability to achieve re-loan disbursement and customer retention targets.
