Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and stock exchange regulations (National Stock Exchange of India / Bombay Stock Exchange)
Manage board meetings, agendas, and minutes
Handle filings with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
Maintain statutory records and registers
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013
Liaise with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders
Monitor legal/regulatory updates and advise management
Oversee corporate governance and disclosure requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualified Company Secretary (Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India).
Solid knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and securities laws.
Experience in stock broking / financial services preferred.
Excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Experience:
2–5+ years in a broking firm, financial institution, or listed company preferred.
