Job Title: Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager - (Production) (Piping Spool Division)

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Qualification: DME /BE /B.Tech Mechanical

Location: Karjan, Vadodara (Transportation Facility Provided)

Industry: Production /Manufacturer /Heavy Engineering (Pre-fabricated Piping Spools, Fittings and Static Equipments)

Key Responsibilities:
Managing the fabrication, assembly, and quality control of piping spools
Understand fabrication process from isometric drawings, including welding procedures and inspection points.
Ensuring that complex piping systems are manufactured accurately, cost-effectively, and on schedule
Planning the production sequence in the workshop to meet project milestones, including Spool fit-up, dimension inspection, cutting, bending, welding, and painting
Coordinating manpower, machines, and material availability




Monitoring weld quality, dimension accuracy and pipe support fabrication in compliance with ASME/ISO standards
Inspection of spools as per approved Isometric.
