Seat guests: Seat guests according to their preferences and table availability.
Coordinate with servers: Communicate with servers to ensure that guests receive prompt and attentive service.
Maintain waiting list: Manage the waiting list and notify guests when their tables are ready.
Handle guest complaints: Listen to and resolve guest complaints in a skilled and courteous manner.
Maintain host stand: Keep the host stand area clean and organized, including menus, reservation books, and other materials.
