Job Role:
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins
Explain photography and videography packages to clients
Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings
Support marketing activities, promotions and social media campaigns
Maintain customer details and daily follow-up reports
Coordinate with the office team for booking updates

Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Interest in sales and marketing
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to speak with customers politely and confidently
