We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Visitor / Property Valuation Executive to visit residential and commercial properties on behalf of leading financial companies. The role involves site inspection, data collection, documentation, and coordination with clients and internal valuation teams.

Working Location : Udumalaipettai, Pollachi , Palani

Key Responsibilities
Visit residential, commercial, and land properties assigned by banks and financial institutions
Conduct physical site inspections to assess property condition, location, and surroundings
Measure built-up area, land area, and verify property boundaries
Capture transparent site photographs (exterior, interior, access roads, surroundings)
Collect property details such as ownership, usage, age of building, and occupancy status
Verify approved plans, building permissions, and related documents (if available)




Prepare and submit accurate site visit reports within deadlinaes
Coordinate with bank officials, property owners, and internal valuation teams
Ensure compliance with company standards and client guidelines
Maintain confidentiality of client and property information
Update site visit details in company software/app or valuation system

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
On Site and Quality Control skills
Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering knowledge
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in working on construction sites

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
