Key Responsibilities
Clean, disinfect, inspect, pack, sterilize, and store surgical instruments and medical equipment.
Operate autoclaves, ETO sterilizers, washer disinfectors, and other CSSD equipment.
Ensure proper sterilization procedures and maintain complete sterilization records.
Monitor sterilization indicators and maintain quality assurance standards.
Issue sterile supplies to Operation Theatres and other clinical departments.
Maintain inventory of instruments, trays, and sterile consumables.
Follow infection control practices and NABH guidelines.
Coordinate with Operation Theatre, Nursing, and other hospital departments.
Report equipment malfunction and ensure routine preventive maintenance.

Required Skills
Sound knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols.
Hands-on experience with CSSD equipment and documentation.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,208.70 per month
