Source, recruit, and place qualified professionals in various positions across India.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Ensure compliance with all recruitment regulations and guidelines.
Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
