Salary: Starting from ₹6 LPA (Based on Experience & Performance)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Solar O&M; Manager to oversee the Operations & Maintenance activities of solar power plants and ensure optimum plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the overall Operations & Maintenance of solar power plants.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Monitor plant performance, generation, and equipment health.
Lead and supervise the O&M; team and field technicians.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.




Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
Prepare maintenance reports, MIS, and performance analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth plant operations.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar O&M.;
Robust knowledge of solar PV systems, HT/LT electrical systems, inverters, transformers, and SCADA monitoring.
Valuable leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: From ₹900,000.00 per year
