Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
Candidates must have experience handling international customers from regions such as the US, UK, Australia, Canada, or other international markets.
Prior experience in International BPO/KPO is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Solid customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally over phone calls.
Comfortable working in rotational or night shifts, if required.
Mandatory: Only candidates with International Voice Process experience will be considered.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
