Job description:

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Fulfill a range of marketing functions, e.g. promoting properties by listing, writing advertisements, or arranging viewings.
Develop sales strategies to acquire recent customers or clients.
Develop online marketing network and manage the network.
Proficient in lead generation.
Managing the Sales Office Flow.
Closing the deals.
Sales Activity and Payment details
Creating a network of CP's.
Closing the deals.
Following up with CP's for more visits.
Encouraging the CP's.
Sales Activity and Payment details.

Qualification:-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
5+ years Experience from Real Estate is compulsory.




Excellent verbal & written communication over English and basic command over Hindi and Gujarati.

· * Very diligent in follow-ups and persistent to ensure deal closures.

· * Ability to lead self at work independently without day-to-day supervision.

· * Go-getter attitude resulting in high decibel of competitiveness.

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
