Qualification: Min. Diploma In Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate production activities during the assigned shift. Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. Lead and manage shop-floor manpower for optimum productivity and discipline. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles. Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. Maintain production records and submit shift reports to management. Train and develop operators to enhance skills and operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
Effective manpower handling and team leadership.
Robust problem-solving and communication abilities.
Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and shop-floor safety practices.
Pay: ₹624,521.26 - ₹721,487.88 per year
