Ensure SOP implementation across all stores.
Visit stores regularly for on-the-job coaching.
Conduct store audits and identify training needs.
Prepare monthly training calendars and reports.
Evaluate employee performance and recommend improvement plans.
Coordinate with HR and Operations teams.
