JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities, ensuring that project works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the quality of all project works through effective QA/QC implementation.
Conduct material inspections and verify compliance with approved specifications and standards.
Prepare, maintain, and manage QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and quality reports.
Coordinate quality-related activities with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and company quality procedures.
Prepare, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) for all project activities.
Monitor inspections and testing activities, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.




Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Submit regular QA/QC reports and updates to the Reporting Construction Manager (RCM), Sunil.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering .
Minimum 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Solid knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection methods, and quality documentation.
Experience in preparing and maintaining QAPs and ITPs.
Familiarity with applicable industry standards, codes, and quality management systems.
Robust communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
