Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging daily lessons and activities based on the school's curriculum.
Foster the physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and language development of children.
Create a warm, nurturing, and child-friendly classroom setting.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all students at all times.
Maintain classroom discipline using positive reinforcement techniques.
Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and share regular feedback with parents.
Maintain student portfolios, attendance records, and other required documentation.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic and behavioural development.
Prepare teaching-learning materials, classroom displays,



and activity resources.
Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, PTMs, and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to ensure smooth academic functioning.
Follow all school policies, safety guidelines, and administrative procedures.
Continuously update teaching skills by attending training sessions and workshops.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
