Resort Supervisor – Mandrem, North Goa

The Cool Huts, a 10-room boutique resort near Mandrem Beach, is looking for a full time Supervisor to manage day-to-day resort operations.

Responsibilities
Supervise staff and allocate shift duties
Monitor reception, housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen and restaurant operations
Check room readiness and property cleanliness
Handle guest requests and routine complaints
Ensure proper shift handover and maintain daily reports
Monitor staff attendance, discipline and work completion
Coordinate with Sales regarding arrivals, room blocks and guest requirements
Report serious guest, safety or operational issues to the owners

Requirements
Previous hotel, resort or hospitality experience preferred




Supervisory or team-handling experience desirable
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email and Excel
Calm, responsible, disciplined and guest-focused
Willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays

Location: Mandrem, North Goa

Salary: Based on experience
