We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor to connect with prospective students, provide information about our courses, and guide them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain courses, fees, career prospects, and admission procedures.
Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain and update student records in CRM/Excel.
Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
