Job Brief: We are hiring an energetic and result-driven Telecalling Executive to manage outbound and inbound customer calls. Your goal is to connect with potential clients, explain our products or services, and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and leads.
Handle inbound customer queries with a skilled and polite tone.
Explain service or product features, pricing, and active offers clearly.
Generate interest, qualify prospects, and book appointments or follow-ups.
Salary : ₹22,000/- to ₹28,000/-
Freshers and experiences both can apply
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
