Accountability / Responsibility
Inventory Control - Manage stock levels of raw materials, spare parts, and finished electrical equipment using ERP systems.
Material Handling - Ensure proper storage, rack-wise arrangement, and labeling of goods to prevent damage.
Procurement Coordination - Work with the purchasing department to replenish stock, track pending purchase orders, and report discrepancies
Dispatch & Issuance - Issue materials based on authorized Bill of Materials (BOM) and Material Requisition Notes (MRN)
Auditing - Conduct routine cycle counts and annual physical inventory verification
Safety & Compliance - Maintain a protected, clean, and hazard-free store workplace in compliance with electrical safety and industrial regulations.
Team Leadership - Supervise and train store staff and material handlers
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in stores and inventory management, ideally within an engineering, manufacturing, or electrical sector.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electrical components, part numbers, and technical specifications.
Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and basic MS Excel.
Organizational Abilities: Strong attention to detail and ability to track a high volume of SKUs
