Food Preparation: Prepare and cook traditional South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambar, rasam, and wide-ranging chutneys.
Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, texture, and presentation for every order.
Kitchen Operations: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in the kitchen according to health and safety regulations.
Menu Development: Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and creating innovative,, contemporary, or traditional dishes.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients, especially spices and fresh produce, and place orders.
Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with the kitchen team to manage, prep, and serve food in a timely manner.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
