Job Description:
Assist in daily production operations of injectable manufacturing plant
Execute SOPs for compounding, filling, sterilization, and packing
Monitor batch processes and ensure adherence to specifications
Maintain BMR, equipment logs, and production records
Support QA/QC activities including sampling and testing
Ensure equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibration
Report deviations and assist in root cause analysis
Maintain area cleanliness and GMP compliance
Requirements:
Basic understanding of injectable manufacturing processes
Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and documentation practices
Willingness to learn and work in shifts
Positive organizational and time management skills
