Job Description

We are seeking a sophisticated and service-driven Guest Relations Executive to join our front-of-house team. As the face of our brand, you will ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and enjoys a seamless, memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage reservations and walk-ins using our booking system efficiently
Coordinate with the service team to manage seating and guest flow
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with a problem-solving attitude
Build rapport with VIPs and loyal guests to enhance retention




Maintain the entrance and waiting area with a polished and inviting presence
Assist in hosting events, special promotions, and exclusive experiences
Uphold brand standards in personal appearance and behavior at all times

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a premium F&B; or fine dining property
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay composed and organized in a quick-paced setting
Well-presented, with an outgoing and approachable demeanor
Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) preferred
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
