About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Operations Intern to join our FinOps team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial operations, accounting processes, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance within a quick-growing IT/SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Prepare and update MIS reports using MS Excel.
Assist with bank reconciliations and financial data verification.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation and queries.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records.
Assist during month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills




Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility
B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.
Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or any accounting software will be an added advantage.
