About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger reconciliations.




Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
Generate MIS reports and financial statements using MS Excel.
Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and other financial requirements.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.
Support finance-related operational activities as assigned.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including:
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
IF Functions
Data Validation
Basic Financial Formulas
Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
