Key Responsibilities
Manage employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and welfare programs
Handle employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives
Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee lifecycle activities
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns
Support payroll coordination and attendance management
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements
Organize employee events, wellness programs, and other HR initiatives
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or employee engagement
Robust knowledge of employee perks administration and HR documentation
Positive communication and interpersonal skills




Ability to work independently during the 3 PM – 12 AM shift
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools is preferred
Candidates from Kottayam will be preferred
