Assistant Director of Food and Beverage

Location: Mumbai
Industry: Luxury 5-Star Hotel

Requirements-
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in the hotel hospitality industry.
At least 2–3 years in a leadership role within Food & Beverage operations.
Luxury 5-star hotel experience is mandatory.
Diploma or Undergraduate degree in the relevant field.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in leading and managing all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and lounges.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining luxury service standards.
Supervise, mentor, and develop F&B; teams to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and service quality.
Drive revenue through menu engineering, promotions, and upselling initiatives.
Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
