Company: Leading Lubricant Manufacturing Company

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented BDM to drive sales, expand the dealer/distributor network, and strengthen our market presence.

Position: Zone Manager

Industry: Lubricant Manufacturing / Automotive Lubricants

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve zonal sales targets and business growth.
Appoint, manage, and support distributors and dealers.
Develop current business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Lead and motivate the regional sales team.
Build solid relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:




5–10 years of experience in lubricant, automotive, FMCG, or industrial product sales.
Proven experience in handling distributors and dealer networks.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Location: As per the assigned zone

Salary: Attractive package + Performance Incentives

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
