Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Telecaller to handle outbound patient engagement and referrals. The role involves connecting with potential patients, explaining Ayurvedic treatments, and converting inquiries into clinic visits while maintaining a qualified and ethical approach.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential patients and explain Ayurvedic treatments and services
Generate patient interest and convert leads into confirmed appointments
Schedule and coordinate appointments with clinics/hospitals
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in CRM/Excel
Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines strictly
Achieve daily and weekly call targets and appointment conversion goals




Handle follow-ups to maximize patient engagement and conversion

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or healthcare outreach
Strong communication and persuasion skills with a patient-first approach
Ability to explain healthcare services clearly and ethically
Sales awareness with focus on conversion and target achievement
Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory); basic English preferred
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Compensation & Advantages
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based, no upper cap

Working Schedule
6 days working (Sunday fixed off)
Office-based role in Azadpur, Delhi
