Job Responsibilities:

Review Purchase Requisitions (PR) regularly and ensure timely processing.

Follow up with internal departments for critical and urgent material requirements.

Coordinate effectively between Plant, Stores, and Purchase teams.

Create and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP MM.

Verify Purchase Orders and ensure accuracy before release.

Track and follow up on pending purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, order status, and delivery schedules.

Maintain purchase records and prepare required MIS reports.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

Positive knowledge of Purchase and Procurement processes.





Hands-on experience in SAP MM.

Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Excellent time management and follow-up abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Experience:

5+ years in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in Manufacturing/Steel Industry

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
