We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Trainer who will not only train and mentor teachers but also actively conduct classes for young learners. The role requires a balance of hands-on teaching and teacher development to ensure a high-quality learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging, age-appropriate classes for playschool children
Train and mentor teachers on early childhood education practices
Develop lesson plans and activity-based learning modules
Monitor classroom quality through observations and feedback
Ensure curriculum is delivered effectively across all classrooms
Organize training sessions, workshops, and demo classes
Support teachers in improving classroom management and student engagement

Requirements
Degree in Early Childhood Education / Education
2+ years of experience in preschool teaching (training experience is a plus)
Solid knowledge of Montessori / Play-way methods
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
