Role & Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend best-fit Odoo solutions.
Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules based on business requirements.
Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
Review and oversee custom module development, workflows, reports, and integrations.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project

delivery.
Manage project timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication.
Perform system testing, UAT, and quality assurance activities.
Conduct end-user training and prepare functional and technical documentation.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Ensure adherence to Odoo best practices, coding standards, and implementation methodologies.
Mentor and guide team members on Odoo architecture and implementation approaches.




Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
Experience in Odoo customization, module development, and integrations.
Knowledge of Odoo Studio, deployment, data migration, and Git.
Robust functional expertise across key Odoo modules, including Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory &

Warehouse Management, Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing (MRP), Human Resources, and
Project Management, with the ability to align ERP solutions to diverse business processes and
operational requirements.
