We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Head to lead and manage the Nursing Services (NS) department, ensuring high standards of patient care, clinical excellence, and effective nursing operations across the hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire Nursing Services (NS) department
Supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff across all units
Ensure quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols
Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards
Monitor nursing performance, patient safety, and infection control practices
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care delivery
Manage staff scheduling, duty rosters, and workforce planning
Handle patient grievances related to nursing care
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular audits, training sessions, and performance evaluations

Additional Requirements:
B.Sc / M.Sc Nursing (preferred)
Minimum 15+ years of experience in hospital nursing, with leadership role
Experience in managing large nursing teams
Exposure to NABH or similar accreditation standards preferred
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
