Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to generate high-quality leads, maximize return on investment (ROI), and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, analytics, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Develop lead generation strategies to achieve business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Track and improve campaign ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
Optimize landing pages to improve lead conversion rates.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.




Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to execute high-performing campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital advertising best practices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
