Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Ahmedabad

Budget Range: 10 to 19 Lakhs (Depends on Experience)

Working experience in paints and in Ahmedabad market required

Role Description
Lead end-to-end business for Ahmedabad with full P&L; ownership, driving revenue growth and market share
Drive B2B sales through direct engagement with builders, developers, corporates, and key decision-makers
Build and manage strong relationships while securing high-value projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure segments
Drive specification business via architects, consultants, and influencers to strengthen project pipeline
Identify and penetrate new accounts while managing institutional and large project business
Lead negotiations, commercial closures, and long-term contracts with key clients
Lead and develop project sales, key account, and field teams to drive performance and accountability
Ensure achievement of sales targets with strong focus on collections and credit control
Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, supply chain, technical)



for seamless execution and customer satisfaction
Track market trends, competition, and pricing to strengthen positioning in the Ahmedabad market

Qualifications
12–20 years of experience in Sales (Paints Industry)
MBA preferred
Robust network with builders, architects, consultants, and corporates preferred
Proven experience in handling large projects and key accounts
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management ability
Deep understanding of metro market dynamics
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven workplace

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per month
