WHAT YOU WILL DO
Research, report, and write articles across our six content sections: cover story, features, opinions, startup spotlights, policy reports, and data reports
Conduct interviews with founders, investors, academics, and policy experts
Write and edit article drafts to The COSMINNOX editorial standard
Fact-check claims, statistics, and attributions across all content
Write social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and X — translating long-form articles into sharp short-form posts
Assist with contributor outreach — emailing potential authors and guest columnists
Support the editorial calendar and content pipeline for Issue 1 and Issue 2
Write captions, pull quotes, and metadata for layout team
Transcribe and summarise recorded interviews

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Final year or recent graduate — Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, or Media Studies
Robust command of written English — can write clearly, concisely, and compellingly
Curiosity about India's startup ecosystem, business, innovation, or public policy




Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
Comfortable with research — knows how to verify a fact and attribute correctly
Bonus: experience with any publication, college magazine, news website, or content platform
Bonus: Hindi writing or translation ability (bilingual content is a plus)

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
