Bartender / Assistant Bartender

Key Responsibilities
Learn and prepare cocktail and zero-proof beverage recipes.
Assist with ingredient preparation, batching, and mise en place.
Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining consistency and quality.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Deliver excellent customer service and work closely with the bar team.

Requirements
Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, or the hospitality industry.
Passion for bartending and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Experience
6 months to 2 years of experience as an Assistant Bartender or Bartender.

Salary
Assistant Bartender: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month.
Experienced Bartenders: Salary negotiable based on experience and skills.

Working Hours
8–9 hour shifts.
Must be comfortable working adaptable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
