WhatsApp Automation Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a WhatsApp Automation Specialist to manage and execute automated communication workflows using WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, or similar platforms. This is a part time, remote position ideal for individuals experienced in chatbot workflows, automation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
Set up and manage WhatsApp automation workflows using tools like Twilio, Gupshup, or WATI
Integrate WhatsApp automation with CRMs, websites, and internal tools
Create templates for automated messages (order confirmations, reminders, customer support)
Monitor and optimize performance for higher engagement and conversion




Work with content and support teams to ensure consistency in communication
Stay up to date with WhatsApp Business policies and best practices

Requirements:
Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, Gupshup, WATI, or similar platforms
Knowledge of automation logic, chatbot flows, and trigger-based messaging
Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Integromat, or Make.com is a plus
Basic technical knowledge (APIs, webhooks, CRMs)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with marketing automation or customer support workflows preferred
