Hiring: Tourism Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Tourism Trainer to join our skill development team and train youth in the energetic field of Travel & Tourism.

Position: Tourism Trainer- Location: South Delhi

Type: Full time / Contract (as applicable)

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet any one of the following qualifications:

Option 1
Post-Graduation in Travel & Tourism Management or Tourism & Hospitality
From a recognized Institute/University
Minimum 1 year work or teaching experience

Option 2
Post Graduate Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management or Tourism & Hospitality
From a recognized Institute/University
Minimum 2 years work or teaching experience

Option 3
3-year Degree/Diploma after Class XII in Tourism & Travel Management
From a recognized Institute/University
Minimum 3 years industrial experience in Travel & Tourism sector

Key Responsibilities




Deliver engaging training sessions on tourism operations, travel management, and hospitality basics
Develop lesson plans, practical modules, and assessment tools
Guide students on industry practices such as ticketing, tour planning, customer service, and destination knowledge
Conduct assessments and track learner progress
Support placement readiness and industry exposure for trainees
Maintain training documentation and reports

Solid communication and presentation skills
Practical industry knowledge of Travel & Tourism sector
Passion for teaching and youth development
Ability to engage learners through interactive methods

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
